Available Franchise Territories
Hale Windows & Doors is opening protected territories across the country, and the first owner in each market gets something money can’t buy later: exclusivity. When you claim a territory, it’s yours. No other Hale location can sell or install there, period. You’re not competing against a corporate office down the road or another owner three zip codes over. You’re building a local business on a clearly drawn map, with a brand that has spent years figuring out how to earn a homeowner’s trust before the first knock on the door. First movers get the best positioning, the cleanest launch, and a head start that compounds.
Open Markets
These are the states where Hale Windows & Doors territories are currently available for qualified owners:
- Texas – Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth alone replace more windows in a year than most entire states. Heat, humidity, and hail keep demand constant.
- Florida – Impact-rated product lines like PGT and CGI are practically a requirement here, and Hale’s brand list is built for exactly this market.
- California – Title 24 energy requirements and coastal exposure mean homeowners need a specialist who can explain product ratings without confusing them.
- Georgia – Atlanta’s housing stock is aging, and the suburban ring keeps expanding. Window and door replacement is a year-round business.
- North Carolina – The brand’s home state and a market that understands the Threshold Standard without a long explanation.
- Arizona – Solar heat gain is the conversation here. Homeowners want low-E glass and they want someone who can explain what it actually does for their electric bill.
- Tennessee – Nashville and Knoxville have strong residential growth, and plenty of homes built in the 1980s and 1990s are hitting replacement age.
- Ohio – Cold winters and aging window stock mean energy efficiency sells itself when you can show real numbers on heat loss.
- Pennsylvania – Philadelphia row homes and suburban single-family houses both need a product mix that ranges from entry-level to high-end. Hale’s eight product lines cover that spread.
- Colorado – Altitude, UV exposure, and hail make window replacement a practical necessity rather than a cosmetic upgrade.
- Washington – Rain and moisture issues drive door replacement, and homeowners here are willing to pay for proper sealing and installation.
- Virginia – Northern Virginia’s housing market is dense and affluent, while Richmond and the Tidewater area offer a steadier pace with strong fundamentals.
How Territories Work
A protected territory is exactly what it sounds like: a defined geographic area where you are the only Hale Windows & Doors owner. No one else with our brand installs there, markets there, or takes calls from there. When a homeowner in your territory calls the line, that lead is yours. When a neighbor recommends us, the referral lands with you.
The territory boundaries are drawn by ZIP code and population density, not by guesswork. We want you busy but not stretched thin. A territory that’s too big means longer drive times and worse service. Too small, and you’re leaving money on the table. We work through the numbers with you before you commit, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Reserving a territory starts with a conversation. You call, we talk through your background, your market, and what you’re actually looking to build. If it’s a fit, we hold the territory while you complete our qualification process. No pressure tactics, no artificial deadlines. But once a territory is claimed and signed, it is closed. We do not stack owners on top of each other, and we will not carve up a claimed territory later because someone else waved a bigger check.
Hale means sound and in good shape. That’s the standard we’re building toward, and it’s why every territory gets the same guardrails: background-checked, identity-verified technicians, written pricing before work starts, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise that actually means something on the invoice.
